Adrianas Designer Lingerie International.com invests a lot of resources to provide current and accurate information for all customers. We make every attempt to update our site with changes in pricing or availability once we are notified by our suppliers and others in the chain of supply. We will notify you prior to processing any order any changes in availability or pricing. In any case, you will always have the choice to cancel the order if the availability or pricing has changed and you no longer wish to receive the order.
Delivery Schedule
1. Purchase your items well in advance of your required date. Even though most items are dispatched within 48 hours it is wise to allow at least 10 - 28 working days.
2. Check with us first as to how quickly we can send the item(s) to you.
Please remember that standard shipments will be left at your doorstep if you are not home. If you feel that your neighborhood or apartment complex is unsafe, or if youve had problems with postal mail in the past, please have the package shipped to an address where someone will be able to receive it. You may indicate to leave package with security of bldg etc.
We cannot be held responsible for postals delays due to weather or mechanical problems which are beyond our control.
We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages which have been marked as "delivered" when tracked via the delivery confirmation number.
Return Policy
Due to Federal Health Laws we cannot accept returns on intimate wear. If the item is returned in its original packaging with all tags attached we .
will gladly refund or exchange the item for you.
You must e-mail us for return instructions. Please inspect your order for the proper size and colour before you remove the item from its packaging. So please do not try on your lingerie unless you intend to keep it. This may sound harsh but we want to quarantee everyone who orders from us will receive only new, unopened lingerie. Costumes are non returnable nor exchangeable so be sure to order the correct size.
Please send us an e-mail explaining the reason you wish to return the item and we will issue you with a Returns Code. All sales are final. Any discrepancy in the order received must be reported within 5 days upon receipt of the goods. Any returns must be reported within 10 days of receipt of goods. You are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items and items lost or damaged in transit. Items should be wrapped securely and posted using Recorded Delivery; you should obtain a Certificate of Posting (free) from the Post Office. Please note: Certain items are marked as non-returnable, refundable, and/or exchangeable. 10 Day money back guarantee does not apply to these marked items.
Shipping & handling charges are nonrefundable.
If you wish to return an item because you do not want it and want an exchange the redelivery charge applies along with a 15% restocking fee. If you return an item for an exchange due to a fault there is no charge for sending the new item to you.
If you return an item back claiming it is faulty and it is in fact in perfect condition a redelivery charge applies to return the item to you.
Replacement is subject to item availability. If exact replacement is not available, replacement will be a comparable item of at least equal value if not higher.
