Reliable Nanny Employment Agency is a placement agency located in the Greater Toronto Area. Its founder Analyn Bolano, takes great pride in knowing she has placed nannies with loving families who over the years continually call her, either to refer business or just to say "hi" and bring her up to date about themselves.

Who we are

Finding a nanny is a difficult and stressful process. Analyn Bolano is a parent of school-age sons and a nanny caring for the children, assisting with housework, and preparing meals was a big relief. Analyn brings a great deal of experience in the field of child care. Analyn has her degree of Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education at the University of San Agustin, Iloilo, Philippines. For eight years, experienced as a teacher in the Philippines. Analyn worked as a Domestic Helper in Hong Kong for three years and come over to Canada work as a Nanny. Reliable Nanny Employment Agency founded March 2003 after working in the industry as a nanny for over two years. I felt there was a need for an agency with a personal touch, a place parents could call and fell like they were talking to a person who could relate to their needs and not just an order taker looking to make a commission.

Our Goal

Is to assist busy families and to provide the high quality Childcare or Elderly care expected from our Professional Nanny's- Housekeepers or Caregivers. Reliable Nanny places nannies, caregivers and housekeepers on the permanent basis. These placements can be live-in, live-out, full-time or part-time. For live-in candidates, employers have the choice of hiring a local candidate or sponsoring one of our fabulous candidates directly from Hong Kong. Whatever your individual family needs, we can offer highly qualified, experienced, and nurturing child care providers with who you will fell comfortable leaving your children. We work hard to find responsible, well-adjusted caregivers with exceptional child care experience. All of our nannies are pre-screened, extensively interviewed, and must fill out a lengthy application which includes questions about their experience, attitudes toward children and their family background. Our elderly candidates also go through an interview and the same screening process.

Our Applicants

Applicants are assessed for their verbal, written and comprehension skills in the English language. Personality traits and attitudes about their work, and the ability to answer technical questions with regard to child or elderly care are also considered. They are carefully assessed regarding experience, education credibility and good work ethic in accordance with the requirements for the Canadian Live-in Caregiver Program. We also highly determine our applicant's commitment to the sponsoring family as we are highly selective to represent only keen, responsible, experienced nannies and caregivers with superior skills. Our focus is on the quality of our candidates and the quality of our services to maintain the highest level of professionalism.
